How can I book a tour?
Choose any tour on our website and click on checkout. You can choose the date and the number of people that will be going and pay for the tour. Payment goes through Laos Banking. It securely handles credit cards and is the only legal way to pay online in Laos.
What is included in the tour package?
You will get a sandwich and choice of beer or water during your trip.
What is the cancellation policy?
We are sorry to say there are no refunds given once a tour is booked. If you cancel before we have made the booking on our end we only take a 15% cut for transaction costs and time.
Are there any age restrictions for the tour?
It does depend on the tour, but overall there are no age restrictions unless explicitly mentioned.
What should I pack for the tour?
Make sure you do not forget your passport and cash. Especially for the border trips US dollars are required to pay for the visa. These have to be crisp undamaged bills.
